We believe in transparent pricing, which is why we offer calculated shipping costs and never include hidden surcharges for packaging, handling, etc. We also take great care in preparing your order for shipment. Our items are heavily packaged, often double boxed or sleeved, to ensure they arrive in perfect condition whenever possible. We want you to be confident that your purchase will arrive safely and as expected.

      While we strive for perfection in every order, we understand that shipping can sometimes present unforeseen challenges. Therefore, we offer refunds in specific circumstances related to shipping and delivery. If your order experiences significant shipping or tracking delays, contains errors upon arrival (e.g., wrong item shipped), or is lost in transit, please contact us. We will establish and stay in communication and of course be happy to investigate, ship a replacement product free of charge, or process a refund if applicable. Please note that we do not offer refunds for reasons unrelated to shipping issues, such as buyer's remorse or incorrect product selection.
